Surveys, Testing and Design
A site visit covering borehole test pumping, water level logging, head and friction calculations, demand assessment through the season, shading analysis for the panel position and an honest view of whether solar suits your case at all. You receive a design document with the calculations, the expected daily output month by month, equipment options at different budgets and a full cost breakdown before committing to anything.
Borehole and Well Systems
Submersible solar pumping from shallow wells to deep boreholes beyond two hundred metres, with the pump, riser, cable and controller selected as a matched set rather than assembled from whatever is cheapest. Installation includes proper wellhead sealing, cable support, a safety line and dry-run protection, and the borehole is left with a sanitary cap that stops the surface contamination we find in an alarming number of existing installations.
Surface and Irrigation Pumping
Pumping from rivers, canals, ponds and tanks for drip and sprinkler irrigation, with the system designed around the pressure the emitters actually need rather than an arbitrary figure. We work with the irrigation designer or take on both, install filtration appropriate to the water source, and set up zoning and scheduling so the available solar energy is spent on the right block at the right time of day.
Storage and Distribution
Tanks, elevated stands, buried cisterns and reservoirs sized for real autonomy, plus the pipework, valves, level controls and pressure systems that turn stored water into supply at the tap, the trough and the field. Where gravity cannot deliver enough pressure we add a small booster with its own control, and every distribution layout is drawn so a future contractor knows what is buried and where.
Diesel and Grid Conversions
Replacing diesel pumping with solar, keeping the existing generator as a backup where the risk justifies it, and hybrid controllers that draw from grid or generator only when sunlight is insufficient. We calculate the payback honestly from your actual fuel consumption, which is usually between three and six years, and we say plainly when a low-use installation would take fifteen and is not worth converting.
Monitoring, Service and Repairs
Remote monitoring of flow, level, energy and faults with alerts by message, annual servicing that includes panel cleaning, connection checks, pump performance testing and water level comparison against the original data, and repairs to systems installed by anyone. Pump extraction and rebuilding is done with our own equipment, and we hold spares for every model we have ever installed.
